These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), and your communications and transactions with SE Autostyling ("SE Autostyling," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or communicating with us by phone or text message, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Services

SE Autostyling provides automotive styling and detailing services, including vinyl wraps, window tint, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, paint correction, and related detailing services in the Santa Barbara, CA area. Descriptions of services on the Site are provided for general information. Specific work, pricing, timelines, and results depend on the condition of your vehicle and the scope agreed upon at the time of service. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of a particular price or outcome until confirmed in writing by us.

Quotes, Appointments, and Payment

Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change following an in-person inspection of your vehicle. A quote does not reserve an appointment until confirmed by us. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your vehicle when requesting a quote or booking service.

Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation requirements will be communicated to you at or before the time of service. You are responsible for paying all agreed-upon charges for services rendered. Additional charges may apply if the actual condition or scope of work differs from what was described when the estimate was provided.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our quote form or on one of our advertisement lead forms, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from SE Autostyling related to your inquiry, including qualifying questions about your vehicle and desired service, quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, and responses to your questions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, to consent to receive text messages from us, and to enter into these Terms. By submitting a form or opting in to our text messaging program, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly accept form submissions or SMS opt-ins from anyone under the age of 18.

The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-checked and is not required in order to submit a form or receive a quote. Message frequency varies, and is typically two to six messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message; after you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe the rights of others, transmit harmful or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, or use automated means to scrape or harvest information from the Site without our permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and the SE Autostyling name and branding, is owned by or licensed to SE Autostyling and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. Vehicle Condition and Results

Results of automotive styling and detailing services can vary based on the age, condition, prior treatment, and material of your vehicle's surfaces. While we take care to deliver high-quality work, we do not warrant that any service will achieve a specific result on every vehicle. Any product warranties (for example, manufacturer warranties on films or coatings) are provided by the applicable manufacturer, and their terms and limitations apply. We will communicate any workmanship guarantees we offer at the time of service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SE Autostyling and its owner, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for services performed on your vehicle is governed by the service agreement and any applicable warranties provided at the time of service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SE Autostyling and its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.
